Any references to 'World of Clogs', 'World of Clogs Ltd.', 'us', 'the company', 'the business', 'the website' on this page and within the wider website are all taken to mean 'World of Clogs Ltd.'

We are at all times commited to your satisfaction and endeavour to provide an exceptional service from the ordering of goods to 90 days after receipt. We would like to hear from you if you have any problems, questions, queries, suggestions or comments, as we are always looking for ways to improve our service.

If you feel you have received poor service, we encourage you not to be silent! Please let us know and we will do our absolute best to resolve the situation and ensure it does not happen again.

Deliveries

Orders are usually shipped from our UK warehouse. Orders placed within the UK on our Standard shipping service are normally received within 3-5 working days. Orders placed outside of the UK on our Standard shipping service are normally received within 10-15 working days.

We will track deliveries where we feel necessary, but if you insist on a tracked or expedited delivery you must select the relevant option at checkout. If there is any kind of problem with your order we aim to contact you within 1 working day. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, we will be unable to cancel it, and you will have to return your item to us once it is received.

In the event of an item not being received, we are unable to do anything until at least 10 working days have elapsed beyond the delivery estimate. It is only after this time that an order would be eligible for a 'missing in post' claim. We will raise a complaint with the appropriate courier who will in turn conduct their own investigation before letting us know the outcome. If your goods are verified as lost or irrecoverable, we will at this stage be able to redispatch the goods or issue a full refund

Website orders may be subject to a minimum order value that may change from time to time.

Taxes

UK VAT is charged on VAT-applicable items at the standard VAT rate for orders shipped within the UK. For orders placed outside of the UK, UK taxes will be deducted and the relevant taxes for your region will be applied. This may extend to include Import Duties and Import Taxes, all of which will be displayed at checkout.

We unfortunately have no control over the way these taxes or charges are made, and cannot avoid or reclaim any of these costs on your behalf.

Guarantees

World of Clogs guarantee all items for 90 days after delivery. We will repair or replace any items that develop a fault within this timeframe. This guarantee covers things such as seam and thread breakage, fabric distortion and perishment. The guarantee does not cover general wear and tear, accidental or intentional damage such as tears, rips, cuts or stains.

Our guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

Promotions

World of Clogs reserves the right to set, change or remove any level of discount related to promotions at any time without prior notice. This could be on a website or account level basis.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are a contract between you (the customer) and World of Clogs Ltd. Although binding on both parties, World of Clogs reserves the right to prematurely cancel any contract due to abuse or mis-use.

Product Reviews

Any customer is free to leave a product review for an item they have purchased on our website. Verified reviews will be indicated accordingly. World of Clogs does not add, edit or censor any reviews, but it does reserve the right to not display any reviews at all or remove any review that is any of the following: Is not strictly a product review. Contains foul or inappropriate language. Relates to something that cannot be controlled. Is defamatory. Is aimed at an individual. Is dated.

Klarna

We have a cooperation with Klarna. We therefore offer Klarna's payment methods to our customers at the checkout, which include credit options. You may be asked to accept separate terms from Klarna in addition to our own terms if you choose this option.
